It is in excellent shape and comes with both the Owner’s Manual and the Progress Chart. Adjustable seat, handlebars and resistance make it easy to use. The machine is very study and solid, folds almost flat for storage, and has wheels on one end which allow it to be moved easily from place to place. The 2 support tubes have soft coverings on the ends to avoid scarring floor surfaces. Local pickup ONLY. I will not package or ship this item. Note that with any exercise machine it is important to completely study the owner’s manual before use, take care not to injure yourself when using any exercise device, and follow a doctor’s recommendation as necessary. I make no claims as to this exercise machine’s ability to produce any fitness results a buyer might hope to achieve with it. Check my feedback and be assured there will be no disappointments!
